Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Returns: As this is a consumable health product, returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, tampered or incorrect. Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video to support@kamashakti.in. Approved cases receive a replacement or full refund.

Refused/undelivered COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
